Getting Ready For Delivery

The doctor  is here, her legs are up and spread, Dave is next to her, and they've put that nasty brown stuff around where Lily exits her little world and enters ours. The video camera is on, and we're patiently awaiting our first chance to see Lily Grace.

She's pushing now... "We're starting to push now, we're going to have maybe another 5-10 minutes."

The pushing's over, now they're talking. Small talk, ugh, I hate it. 

Pushing again, "You can do it, you can do it. Push hard."
